How to reset my password

Open the app and tap "Sign In." Then tap "Forgot Password?" and enter the email address you used to create your account. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it. If you signed up with Apple or Google, use those sign-in options instead — no password is needed.

How to cancel subscription

Your subscription is managed through your device's app store, not inside BetterSelf. On iPhone: go to Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions > BetterSelf > Cancel. On Android: open Google Play Store > tap your profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > BetterSelf > Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.

App not loading

First, make sure you have a stable internet connection. Try closing the app completely and reopening it. If the issue persists, check for app updates in your device's app store. As a last resort, uninstall and reinstall the app — your data is safely stored in the cloud and will sync back when you log in.
